MiJET® — Pneumatic blow-off station for workshops

MiJET® is the pneumatic blow-off and parts cleaning station designed for machine shops, quality control and inspection areas. Available in two versions — MiJET® 20 (ø 20 cm) for parts up to approximately 5 inches and MiJET® 30 (ø 30 cm) for parts up to approximately 10 inches — it covers the pneumatic cleaning needs of components produced on CNC machining centres, lathes, grinding machines and inspection equipment.

How it works

A patented valve simultaneously activates the air jet and suction with a single pull of the trigger. The air jet removes oily residue, chips and debris from the part surface, while the fan creates negative pressure at the inlet, capturing airborne particles and drawing them downward into the collection container. The exhaust air is then filtered through the integrated coalescent filter before being released back into the workshop.

Key benefits

100% pneumatic: no electrical connection required — simply connect to an existing compressed air line. Coolant recovery: fluid collected in the container can be filtered and returned to the coolant circuit. High mobility: wheeled dolly with lockable castors allows the unit to be positioned wherever it is needed. Low noise: sound level below 86 dB(A), fully compliant with EU Machinery Directive noise limits. Two sizes available: MiJET® 20 for medium-sized components, MiJET® 30 for larger parts or higher-volume runs.

Maintenance

MiJET® is an air tool requiring monthly lubrication: add 10 drops of air tool oil to the inlet air fitting each month. The filter should be inspected and replaced annually to maintain optimal performance and workplace air quality.
