The genuine MiJET® blow-off basket for the 20 cm model is a fine-mesh stainless steel accessory designed to simplify the pneumatic cleaning of small parts and allow their safe transport to the next workstation.
What it’s for
The internal safety screen built into the MiJET® unit is not designed to retain small parts, which may fall into the unit during blow-off. The basket solves this problem: placed directly into the MiJET® 20 opening, it creates a stable support surface for parts during cleaning, allowing the air jet and suction to work effectively.
Key features
Material: fine-mesh stainless steel — resistant to coolants, solvents and typical machining temperatures. Dual function: parts blow-off and transport to the next station — the basket also serves as a transport container. Temporary drainage: parts can be placed in the basket to drain before blow-off. Integrated handle for safe and practical handling.
