The site deals with the online sale of the miJet product and related accessories and spare parts within the territory of the European Union and beyond.

• Orders with payment by bank transfer will be processed only after the actual crediting of the amount to Vemas S.r.l.'s bank account.

• The customer has the possibility to independently organize the collection of the goods at the Vemas S.r.l. headquarters, upon prior contact with customer service for the communication of the necessary data and the indication of the order number.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipments are made through couriers affiliated with Vemas S.r.l.

• Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and product availability.

• Vemas S.r.l. is not responsible for any delays or delivery problems caused by third parties.

6. Warranty and RMA

• The products sold on mijet.eu are covered by a warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase.

• In case of lack of conformity, the user must send an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request to the email address rma@mijet.eu, specifying the order number and the problem encountered.

• Vemas S.r.l.'s customer service will provide the user with instructions on the RMA procedure and the completion of the necessary forms.

• The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or tampering.

7. Limitation of Liability
